For each enemy within a 80 m radius, the cabin power is increased by 60%. The maximum bonus is reached when 4 enemies are in range. The bonus stops working upon contact with an enemy car. The bonus doesn't depend on the number of "Uwabaki" wheels, but significantly decreases with other mounted movement parts, except for rotors.
