Ouroboros
Increases the cooling rate of all weapons and boosters by 90% and increases the weapons reload speed by 15%. As you deal damage with any weapon, accumulates up to 10 charges, but not faster than 1 time per 2.5 sec. Upon activation, additionally increases the cooling rate and reload speed by 30% and 5% correspondingly for each charge for 10 sec. Cooldown 8 sec. The higher the rarity of the weapons, the more damage you need to deal to accumulate charges. The rate of charge accumulation also decreased for leviathans and while the additional bonuses are active.
