The mine's cable becomes stronger in 15 sec. after it's placed.
Places a landmine that is equipped with a harpoon. The capture lasts 6 sec. and does not affect trucks and leviathans. The landmine explodes after 45 sec. One "Kapkan" minelayer can play only 2 mines at the same time.
