When dealing damage, reduces the cabin's power and limits the maximum speed of the armoured car (including when using boosters) by 3.0% The effect lasts 2 sec and stacks up to 10 times.
Previously used to deliver medium-light materials and tools to the upper floors of buildings. Causes trouble for enemies after the disaster.
